LGS construction system can achieve U-value 0.34 W/m²K with lightweight aerated concrete infill
One of the fastest construction system light gauge steel frame structure with lightweight aerated concrete infill can provide you fast speed of construction and required thermal and sound insulation. In Pioner construction system we use light gauge steel (it can be produced by FRAMECAD, HOWIK, PINNACLE, SCOTTSDALE and other steel bending machines, we use FRAMECAD), fiber cement boards cladding ( there are a lot of options from CHINA, INDIA and Thailand and other, for our projects we use fiber cement boards SCG from Thailand), lightweight aerated concrete infill PIONER (we produce it by ourself). According to the rules of Ministry of Housing KSA U-value for exterior walls should be 0.34 W/m²K. It is easy to achieve it with rock wool but difficult with any existing type of lightweight concrete. Pioner Group team has created a new super light lightweight concrete infill with the density 250 kg/m3. Thermal conductivity for this material is 0.029 W/mK. Here the U-value calculation:
