Drywalls with lightweight aerated concrete infill

Pioner dry mix for the lightweight aerated concrete was designed for direct application at the construction site. To prepare lightweight concrete you just need to mix dry mix with water in a proper proportion and pour it inside of wall. We suggest you to use 600 kg/cub.m. density because of sound and thermal insulation and the compressive strength. For this technology you need studs and trucks (the same as for gypsum boards), screws, calcium silicate or fiber cement boards, dry mix for the lightweight aerated concrete and putty. No need to cut walls to hide wires and pipes, no need plaster. Approved by DM and the UAE Civil Defence.
