Lightweight aerated concrete good material for floor screed with the low density.
If your project is not big and you have labors you can use Pioner Dry Mix for the lightweight concrete floor screed.
You just need to mix ready dry powder (packed in 50 kg bags) with water and additive and pour it in prepared area.
You can use 600 kg/cub.m density as an underlier for tiles and marble. Compressive strength in this case around 2.5 MPA.
