If you want to live in strong house but you don't want to wait for a long time you can chose the new construction technology. Light gauge steel for the structure, fiber cement boards (aerated autoclaved concrete panels) for cladding and non-autoclaved lightweight aerated concrete for walls infill for the roof and for the floor screed. To produce lightweight concrete you just need to mix dry mix and water in a special mixer and pour it inside of walls.
