Non autoclaved lightweight aerated concrete dry mix for in situ casting

There are a lot of lightweight concrete technologies but we have found that non autoclaved lightweight aerated concrete (gasbeton) is the best solution for drywalls infill or for light gauge steel construction technology. It's easy to use it. No need to think how much cement or sand or whatever you have to mix. Just bring dry mix for the lightweight concrete PIONER in 50 kg bags mix it with water and pour inside of wall. Gasbeton will expend in 2.5 times and will fill all the gaps inside of wall. To provide good thermal and sound insulation we suggest you to use 600 kg/m3 density. The compressive strength of such density is around 3MPA and it is enough to handle screws.
