Pioner partition wall system is a combination of drywall and cellular lightweight concrete insulation technologies. A metal frame is a light gauge steel structure with different sizes. For cladding we use non removable fiber cement boards from India, China and Thailand. Plastering not required. Instead of rock wool we use cellular lightweight concrete with 600 kg/m3 density.
This technology has a number of advantages such as fire rating, speed of application, sound and thermal insulation, cost efficiency. Pioner partition wall system approved by Dubai Municipality and the UAE Civil Defence. We did finish a lot of interior partitions projects across the UAE.
