For this project, our team installed a translucent stretch ceiling with integrated LED backlighting inside a modern Starbucks café in Dubai.
The goal was to create a soft, welcoming atmosphere while providing uniform, glare-free illumination across the seating area.
A custom circular lightbox was designed and installed to form a large round light feature in the ceiling. This element not only enhances the interior design but also serves as the main ambient lighting source for the space.

The project combines clean architectural lines, natural materials, and a central illuminated ceiling feature that creates a bright and comfortable environment for visitors.
The translucent membrane diffuses the light evenly, eliminating hotspots and ensuring a smooth, continuous glow across the entire surface.

Installation Process
At the first stage, the lighting system was installed inside the circular lightbox.

After completing the lighting setup, the translucent stretch ceiling membrane was installed.
The final result is a perfectly smooth, round illuminated ceiling, providing soft and balanced lighting that enhances the overall customer experience inside the café.
